T.K. Yeo unveils first high-rise development

Privately-held developer T.K. Yeo, which is controlled by the Yeo Hiap Seng family, has launched Fifteen Robin, the company’s first high-rise residential development at 15 Robin Road.
Comprising a total of 32 luxury apartments, the 17-storey project offers 16 two-bedroom units with an average area of 130 sq m and 16 three-bedders averaging 170 sq m. The units are equipped with a range of built-in features such as private balconies and terraces, shoe and storage areas and fully-fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms.

Fifteen Robin also boasts a unique architectural design and unconventional sculptural form.

Architect Chioh-hui Goh said: “Defying the conventional way of designing high-rise residential buildings, the design places importance on the quality of spatial organization. The building thus becomes clearly legible, rational and non-excessive.”

On the ground floor, there is a four-storey lobby area and a private lift leading to the residences. Homes come with open and wet kitchen areas and well-fitted bedrooms and bathrooms.

The development also offers family-friendly facilities, including a 25m lap pool, modern gymnasium, playground, BBQ deck and pit and external lounging pavilion.

Centrally located in the heart of District 10, Fifteen Robin is close to Orchard Road, the central business district (CBD), Botanic Gardens and Newton and Stevens MRT stations.
