Parc Centros over 60% sold

More than 60 percent or 370 of the 618 units at the 99-year leasehold Parc Centros condo (pictured) were sold at an average price of S$950 psf last week.

According to sources, three- and four-bedroom units saw brisk sales while one-bedders were sold at a slower pace.

Robust sales at Parc Centros were attributed to the popularity of Punggol and the development’s proximity to future shopping amenities and the MRT station, said market watchers.

Prices at the 16-storey condo start at S$550,000 for a one-bedroom apartment while a two-bedder is going for S$750,000. Three- and four-bedders are priced from S$880,000 and S$1.22 million respectively.

Developed by Wee Hur Holdings, Parc Centros’ prices are considered more attractive than Watertown, which averaged S$1,169 psf in the first month and S$1,341 psf in the following month.

As of June, Watertown has sold 943 out of the total 992 units.

Over at Parc Olympia, more than 170 units have been sold since the condo development went on the market more than a week ago.

Meanwhile, United Industrial Corporation (UIC) has launched the 99-year leasehold V On Shenton condo. More than 90 of the 130 units released were said to have been taken up at an average price of S$2,200 psf.
