Thai luxury villa sold for undisclosed price

Minor Property Group, a Thai developer, has announced the sale of one of its most coveted properties - an exclusive villa at The Estates, Samui (pictured). 

The two-bedroom Estate Tawan was sold to a Thai national for an undisclosed price. Designed by the renowned Bangkok-based architect Bill Bensley, the villa features a blend of Southern Thai and modern styles.

In total, The Estates Samui comprises of 14 spacious villas and is located at the secluded hillside of Laem Yai Bay.

According to James Knowles, Vice President of Residential Property, the acquisition will raise Samui’s profile to a different level in the property market and the island will see a greater number of premium sales in the near future.

“Koh Samui has a growing range of properties in the premium niche sector that are considered excellent value for money, especially when benchmarked with other leading international resort destinations. Many of our existing customers are looking at Koh Samui as the next place to invest into and to own a second home,” he said.
