Pink Galaxy Note announced for Korea

It happened to the Galaxy S II, and now the Galaxy Note is following suit. The smartphone, its carrying case and bundled S Pen stylus are getting pretty in pink.
According to a translation of Samsung Korea's announcement, the 5.3-inch "phablet" is flaunting a fetching hue named "Berry Pink" (the S II picked up the color "Coral Pink").

Samsung is aiming to capture the hearts (and purses) of the fairer sex with this hue, but, of course, we could see fashion-forward men being drawn to this color as well. Guess the Korean chaebol is looking to sell 5 million more Galaxy Notes?

A piece of Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS)-flavored news to make the phone all the sweeter: If you look closely at the home screen, the Google Search widget seems to be the updated ICS version. This could mean that Note owners may not have to hold out much longer for an ICS update.

At the moment, the pink Galaxy Note has only been announced for South Korea, but we'll be updating this article if we get more information on its availability for the rest of Asia.
