SINGAPORE : The annual Ministry of Education's (MOE) ExCEL Fest returns this year with over 70 exhibits, 60 sharing sessions and 20 seminars for teachers, parents and the public.

Visitors can pick up tips from senior educators and experts on how parents can play an active role in nurturing children.

They can also discover the diverse learning experiences offered in schools to help students grow holistically and understand how the community works with schools to help children learn better.

Visitors can also share their stories of school life at the "I Remember My School Days" segment.

Textbooks, teaching aids, uniforms, and photographs from the past are among the items that will be on display.

MOE said on Friday that the event celebrates and shares exciting and innovative teaching and classroom practices in schools.

It will be held on March 30 and 31 at Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre, from 10am to 6pm.

The first day of the event is for MOE staff while the second day is open to parents and the public.

Those who want to attend the schools sharing sessions and seminar talks have to register first.
