Fortis development to be unveiled in Singapore

Weston Homes is bringing its new Fortis development (pictured) in West London to the Far East, with three exclusive exhibitions in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore. International investors will have a chance to buy a quality property within close proximity to London and one of city’s leading universities.

The newly-built apartments and houses will be featured at an exhibition to be held at the Marriott Hotel, Singapore, from 31 March to 1 April.

Fortis offers 177 one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- to five-bedroom houses, set within Drayton Garden Village, a new 31-acre neighbourhood located within the former RAF West Drayton site. Once completed, Drayton Garden Village will integrate 773 homes, community facilities, commercial opportunities and an 80 bed care home.

“Fortis is an exciting new launch for Weston Homes, offering international investors a fantastic opportunity to buy a high quality home in West London,” said Bob Weston, Chairman and Chief Executive of Weston Homes.

Fortis is also close to Brunel University, a leading educational facility in London. In addition, it boasts excellent transport connections, including the new Crossrail scheme that will provide easy and direct access to central London, Docklands and the Square Mile when completed in 2017.

“Fortis is in a prime location which benefits from quick and easy transport links to London and is only minutes away from the famous Brunel University, which offers excellent educational facilities to students from around the world,” said Weston.
