Capella's Colonial Manor open to long-term stay

From being available only for short term hotel stays, Capella Singapore has finally released one of its two Colonial Manors (pictured) as part of The Club at Capella Singapore’s long-term accommodation inventory.

With monthly rates starting at S$42,000, the manor sits on a 436 sq m plot and is one of four heritage buildings under Capella Singapore that has received conservation status.

The spacious and elegant manor was built in the 1880s and was restored to seamlessly integrate with the architecture of Capella Singapore.

“Capella Singapore’s architecturally stunning Colonial Manors that have been restored by Lord Norman Foster and designed by famed interior designer, Jaya Ibrahim, are by far the most exclusive and luxurious Presidential Suites in the hotel market,” said Robert Lagerwey, General Manager at Capella Singapore.

“By including one of our heritage Colonial Manors into our long-stay accommodation inventory at The Club, we are raising the bar of luxury living in Singapore,” he added.

The manor offers three stylish bedrooms, a designer kitchen, dining room and private pool.

Nestled within a 30 acre lush landscape, The Club at Capella Singapore offers 62 sea-facing suites, nine contemporary-style mansions and 10 penthouses.
